The smell of plumeria in the air. The chirping of tocororos echoing through crumbling colonial streets. Chess games that stretch from morning coffee to evening rum. This is where Miki was born. Poolside in Havana, when my father's childhood friends called us "so Miki." A generation of cool kids with their first taste of global culture, fascinated by how brands and icons shape our world.
That fascination stuck. It's still the question behind everything we make: what makes people actually care?
